You can do your yoga on the north lawn in front of Pier 96 for a truly serene experience, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our recommendation is to practise yoga at Pier 45 at sunset, even if it may be crowded during peak times. The stunning colours of the sky as the sun dips below the horizon create a stunning backdrop for your yoga practice. Take a moment to gaze at the dancing reflections on the water’s surface as you practise your asanas, feeling a sense of calm wash over you as you move through them.
