Brooklyn Bridge Park is a tourist hot spot, but we had to include it on our list because of its spectacular Manhattan skyline view. Even with the occasional influx of tourists, the park has quieter moments in the mornings and evenings, so you can practice yoga in peace.

If you’re in the mood for a sun salutation, look at the stunning Manhattan skyline. The rhythmical flow of the East River below mirrors your gentle movements, creating a harmonious symphony. In a busy park like Brooklyn Bridge Park, you can find solitude and connection with yourself. Our recommendation is to practise yoga at Pier 45 at sunset, even if it may be crowded during peak times. The stunning colours of the sky as the sun dips below the horizon create a stunning backdrop for your yoga practice. Take a moment to gaze at the dancing reflections on the water’s surface as you practise your asanas, feeling a sense of calm wash over you as you move through them.

The best place to practice outdoor yoga in New York is Central Park. There are so many serene and secluded places to lay out your mat and listen to nature’s soothing sounds. You can do yoga in Central Park with thousands of trees, blossoming flowers, and birds chirping.
